Once we have approved your payment, the item that you have ordered will be packed and posted.
We can deliver to a P.O box , residential or business addresses (be sure to include the name of the business). Posting to a work address is popular due to the fact that someone will be there to receive the parcel. Often if the parcel is too large for your letter box it will most likely be delivered to your local post office and will await your pickup.
If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days please contact us at contact@iheardtheyeatcigarettes.com with your full name and we will give you your tracking number. Your parcel will most likely be at your local post office waiting for you to pick it up.
Orders paid by Bank Deposit will not be posted until the payment has been cleared (this can take 1-3 working days). Bank deposit orders from any other country other than Australia will incur an additional $20 charge to cover the international bank deposit fee of $20.
Please email contact@iheardtheyeatcigarettes.com the date that the money was deposited and please reference your name so that we can see on our bank statement that it is you that has paid. If you do not email us this information we will not know that you have deposited the money and this may result in a cancellation of you order.
For International orders, the total value of your order will be written on the customs declaration. Customs Tariffs/Taxes are not included in the postage or overall costs. Each country generally has different custom procedures, I Heard They Eat Cigarettes does not assume responsibility for any delays in receiving your product and will not be held responsible for any additional charges your order may incur once the item has left Australia. Please check your countries customs procedures regarding taxes and any additional charges.
